Make Payment


We prefer payments to be made directly to our bank account - details will be on the end of your quotation letter. If you prefer to pay by debit card, credit card or using Paypal, you can do so by following the link below. Please make sure that you complete the form with your name, email and flight details so that we can match the payment. We will acknowledge receipt as soon as the funds are received in our bank account.

You can also phone to make payment by card.

We do not store credit card details nor do we share financial details with any 3rd parties. Payments received will be applied to your invoice, and confirmed by email, or we will issue a receipted invoice as soon as we receive confirmation of payment against a quotation. We normally ask for a 10% deposit to secure a booking and the balance not less than two weeks prior to the flight. Full cancellation terms are in the Terms and Conditions provided with your quotation, but if you cancel up to 14 days prior to the flight you will lose your deposit, but have no other liability. If we have to cancel due to weather or other operational considerations, we will make a refund in full within one working day.
