The Robinson R44 is the next aircraft down from the Bell JetRanger in terms of capability.  It has four seats including the pilot, with some luggage space for squashable bags under the seats.  Powered by a 6 cylinder Lycoming engine, typical cruise speeds are around 115mph with a range of 2 hours flying time.  Most flight requirements can therefore be achieved in a single flight from our Bedfordshire base.
